How do I become a part of the Scimun Team (sponsorship)?

 

We are always looking for talent, so if you think you've got what it takes to be part of Team Scimun, drop us an email at team@scimun.com. We'll fill you in on the details, and send you a sponsorship application form to fill out. Don't be shy - remember, Scimun is all about blurring the lines, so whether your a skater, a rapper, or an interpretive dancer, if you've got something you think we'll like, let us see it!

 

 

Will a sold out t-shirt ever be made again?

 

Nope! All Scimun tees are made in a limited production run of 100 units. While this makes the tees very exclusive, it also means some people will never* own one. *Never say never. Who knows, if enough people request it, I MIGHT make a few more ultra exclusive versions of popular original tees.

 

 

I saw Scimun gear on eBay, are they real?

 

That depends. We are a small company right now, so we've decided we would sell tees on eBay too, since we think eBay is awesome for consumers and sellers alike! The only way to ensure the Scimun tees you're buying on eBay are authentic is if they are sold by us. Our eBay name is scimun_ltd, and we are the ONLY sellers of brand new, authentic Scimun gear. Remember, that's SCIMUN_LTD

 

 

When will the gloves be available?

 

The gloves will be available this fall/winter season, most likely starting in mid to late October. Unlike the tees, the gloves will not be limited edition, because I think this is a product that everyone with an ipod can benefit from. Check the blog to get up-to-date info on the glove as October nears!

Scimun Store


Is the shipping really free?

 

We did say it was free didn't we? But yeah, shipping is always free for all products purchased from the Scimun store to anywhere in Canada or the USA. Products are shipped via Canada Post parcel post service. Actual delivery times is beyond our control and is the responsibility of Canada Post. Parcel Post to some remote regions may also take longer.

 

For international purchases, there is a flat $10 shipping charge

 

 

Are returns really free?

 

Yep! Included with each purchase from the Scimun Store is a return authorization form. Returning your item is as easy as giving us a call and mailing a letter.

 

 

How do I return or exchange an item purchased from the Scimun Store?

 

Scimun offers a 30-day return on all products purchased from the online Scimun store. All items must be in new and unused condition. Included with each shipped product is a return authorization form. In the event you need to make an exchange or return, simply fill out the return authorization form, and give us a call at 416-302-8636 for a pre-paid return envelope. We'll mail you the return envelope (free of charge of course), and all you have to do is put your goods in the envelope and mail it away. Since the envelope is already pre-paid, all you have do is drop it off at your local post office. It's free, it's simple, and it's fast! Once we receive your return envelope and completed return authorization form, we will either ship you a new product free of charge, or give you a full refund.

 

 

Can I get more detail on colors, features, or sizing of products on the website?

 

Sure you can! Please feel free to call the contact centre at 416-302-8636 if you have any questions about product details.

 

 

How long does it take for items to ship?

 

All products purchased at the Scimun store are shipped via Parcel Post service. Processing you order can take up to 1 business day as well. So in total is usually takes 7-9 business days. While Scimun uses Parcel post service, actual delivery times is beyond our control, and is the responsibility of Canada Post. Parcel post to some remote regions may also take longer.

How long are my gloves covered under the limited warranty?


All Scimun gloves come with a 1-year limited warranty.

 

 

How do I repair my gloves?

 

Please call Scimun at 416-302-8636 so we can provide you with a Repair Order number and instructions for sending in your gloves for repair. Please have your gloves available when you place the call.
