The Scimun Policy

 

Gloves

 

Scimun offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if your glove materials isn't right or the gloves aren't put together correctly, we will repair or replace your gloves. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your gloves or suffer normal wear and tear and expect us to cover it. Your gloves are covered for a one year period from the date of original purchase, no matter where it was purchased.

 

Tees

 

Like most t-shirts, Scimun tees do not come with a warranty. If you bought your tee from the Scimun online store you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in new and unused condition. To find out more about making a return, please read the FAQ's, or give us a call at 416-302-8636. Give us a call at 416-302-8636 if you're having any problems with the website, your online order or need to make a warranty claim. For warranty claims, we'll give you a Repair Order number and walk you through a solution. We're open 8am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
